The Shift Tennessee event will begin Saturday, October 26, 2024 with doors opening at 9:00am, speakers taking the stage at 10:00am, and concluding at 4:30pm. Speakers for the event will be on stage 10:00am - Noon, and 1:00pm - 4:00pm, and lunch will be provided for attendees on site. Vendors will be set up in the hallway of the building, and accessible to attendees before, during, and after speaking times.

Registration is required by Saturday, October 19, 2024 by completion and submission of this Vendor Application, Vendor Agreement Forms, and payment in full within 3 days of notification of acceptance.

Vendor Space is defined as one 10 foot x 10 foot area. Spaces are $30 per 10 ft x 10 ft, and vendors may request multiple spaces as space allows for all vendors. All proceeds will go to New Hope Brethren Church.

Optional catered box lunches will be available for purchase. Lunches are $14 per person

Vendors must provide their own tables, unless otherwise requested in advance, and tablecloths, etc. Vendor fees are non-refundable. 

Your space/location numbers will be available during vendor set up time from 5pm-8pm Friday, October 25, 2024.

If your application is approved you will be notified within 1 week of application, and payment will be expected within 3 business

days of notification.

Payment will be accepted by cash, check, or Eventbrite ticket.

Eventbrite payments can be made by purchasing a "Vendor Table" ticket on our Shift TN Eventbrite site. *Please note that Eventbrite charges a processing fee.

5:00 - 8:00pm- Vendor space assignment and set-up time.

8:00 - 8:30am - Arrival of vendors & final set-up if needed.

9:00am - Official opening of Shift Tennessee.

10:00am - Noon - Shift Tennessee Speakers on Stage

Noon - 1:00pm - Lunch break for speakers & attendees. Lunch will be provided on site.

1:00 - 4:00pm - Shift Tennessee Speakers on Stage

4:30pm - Shift Tennessee Vendors may break down their booths. Please ensure spaces are free of debris.
