Ionic Detox Foot Bath
Sometimes our bodies need help detoxifying. An ionic foot bath may be just what you need!
Inflamed joints, rashes, and other conditions may indicate a buildup of acid wastes in the cells. With an ionic detox foot bath, negative ions permeate the skin, eliminate toxins, balance and help the immune system work at optimal level. Ion cleansing sessions support any body cleansing modality such as reflexology and massage.
While immersing your feet in sea salt water, positive and negative ions are emitted by the machine, which re-energize the body and reduce acidity. The response of a rebalanced body is to excrete excess toxins via the kidneys, liver, bowels, and skin – not only during but also after treatment. When the foot bath is complete, we may also apply essential oils or moisturizing massage oil on your feet to further relax you and facilitate your body's detox pathways.
We are equipped for foot baths for up to two people at a time. A 30 minute session is recommended for first timers. The entire process takes 30 to 60 minutes for adults and is completely safe to use.
